Refunds, Cancelations, Deposit

CANCELATION, REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING, & DEPOSIT POLICY

1. Any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling must be requested 4 business days prior to your appointment or training  for a 1 time complimentary reschedule time, IF, and ONLY at management discretion . We can not guarantee your preferred accommodations in the event that you do make any requests within this time frame. All appointments require a deposit fee, that will go towards your service. 

2. Any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests made will result in your deposit being 100% forfeited. No exceptions. This applies to all clients- legacy & new. Any new or replacement appointments/ training  therefore after will require a separate & new deposit. Please see our business days and hours here.

3. Same day cancellation of any scheduled services or training will require a payment of that service.

4. Deposits will be required for all services/ training & amounts may vary depending on the service/ training  you choose and are subject to change.

Brow Innovation does NOT offer refunds on any training or service, under certain circumstance Brow Innovation will offer a one time credit to be used for rescheduling purposes. All accommodations must be requested through customer service at
